All testing is carried out by our Qualified Engineers to BS 7671; 2001 & amd 1 2002; amd 2 2004, who will issue your certificates in a report format as generated by: Robin PowerCert 11: Electrical Installation Test Software.
All reports are reviewed by our Senior Engineers, who will give you professional and technical advice in respect of any noted defects and departures from IEE Regulations.
The normal frequency of Inspection & Tests as recommended by the NICEIC & Local Government Departments is as follows:
General Installations
| Domestic Tests: | 10 Year period or when a property is purchased or sold |
| Industrial Tests: | 3 Year period |
| Commercial Tests: | 5 Year period |
| Fire Alarm Systems: | 1 Year period |
| Emergency Lighting: | 3 Year period |

Our costing is based on the following Criteria:
Domestic Properties:
The initial cost for a domestic certificate/report, would cover a single installation
ie: 1 consumer unit and out-going sub-circuits (Typical 3 Bed Semi).
Larger properties and additional consumer units would incur further costs pro-rata
with our initial cost.
Industrial & Commercial:
The initial cost for a standard certificate/report, would cover an installation at source
ie: main switch room, sub-section board & sub-main supplies or a distribution board & out-going sub-circuits.
Each additional distribution board would incur further cost per board.
